At Norma Dee Designs we have an unconditional guarantee on the authenticity and quality of our craftsmanship and merchandise, therefore if you are not completely satisfied you may exchange the item(s) for another item(s) or you may return the item(s) altogether.
EXCHANGE: While we hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase the first time, at Norma Dee Designs you can exchange our merchandise for something different.
THE EXCHANGE PROCESS: (1) Email our Customer Service Department at CS@NormaDeeDesigns.com to reserve your replacement merchandise selected from our website and to alert our team of returning merchandise. (2) Please re-pack the jewelry the way you received it and mail to the return address on your invoice. Norma Dee Designs is not responsible for undelivered returns therefore we strongly suggest using the USPS Delivery Confirmation service with adequate insurance. (3) Upon receipt and inspection of the returned, undamaged merchandise, the merchandise amount will be refunded to the original purchaser's credit card. The exchange merchandise must be received within 10 days of the original date of purchase accompanied with the receipt.
RETURNS: We will gladly refund your payment for item(s) returned in the new, original condition. The returned item(s) must be received within 10 days of the original date of purchase accompanied with the receipt.
