We apologize as we cannot accept International Credit Card transactions.  However, if you are outside the United States, we can accept Paypal payments at Norma@NormaDeeDesigns.com.  Please email CS@NormaDeeDesigns.com to hold your select merchandise, upon receipt of the PayPal payment we will release the merchandise to your specified address.
